As an agent I specialize in older and historic homes. Our homes are unique. As the center of great wood working at the turn of the 20th Century, we had master craftsman and artisans building the most beautiful doors, sashs and millwork anywhere in the country. Whether the home is modest or a lumber baron’s mansion, the wood work is stunning. The craftsmanship extends into every part of our homes: the hardwood floors, the original cabinetry, the structural integrity and the overall design.
Our neighborhoods formed organically, with each home unique. The streets are lined with old growth trees and old fashioned neighborhoods. Someone said Oshkosh is Norman Rockwell land, and it is true. If you could imagine a more idyllic place to live it would be in a movie, which it actually was and is.
