A measure of bias
The difference between using only landlines in polling and landlines + cells + 5.1% favor of republicans. The numbers aren’t completely in yet, but it is looking pretty dead on accurate (ie. bias to republicans). Kind of explains how some races were a wee bit closer than the punditocracy said it would be.
